Roman brings more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology projects and more than 20 years of experience in selling and implementing of project management software packages to his clients. He is the leading authority in developing comprehensive reporting and data analysis solutions using variety of Business Intelligence platforms. Roman works with clients and implementation consultants to develop overall project implementation strategy, define and configure business processes, integration and data migration plans, usage of alternative user interfaces.

Over the last 25 years PJ Benson has worked with companies globally to improve their construction program and project management operations in consulting services, software sales and partner management. As a co-Founder of Centrenium, Mr. Benson leverages deep industry experience to assist owners, construction managers and general contractors in the selection, implementation and use of construction project management and control systems. Mr. Benson has over 15 years’ experience managing commercial and residential construction projects of various size, type and complexity as a commercial general contractor project manager, owner’s representative and residential project manager for master planned communities.

Thomas Everritt is a results-oriented IT leader who provides effective business solutions. Master of synchronizing technology, processes, and people during a 19-year IT leadership career. His work includes fifteen years’ experience of project management systems to control over $50B in construction from California to New York. Recent projects include Kahua implementation for a large school construction system, a multi-facility jail program, and a sewer district. Mr. Everritt has earned a master’s degree in computer information systems and the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Mohinder Singh is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Infrastructure and Capital Projects Advisory practice. With more than 17 years’ experience in real estate and capital projects, Mohinder specializes in providing services to owners, lenders, contractors, insurers and other stakeholders focused around their real estate and capital program needs. Thought leader with expertise in program management, strategic planning, business development, implementing tools and technologies and optimizing operational and financial processes and controls, Mohinder has been an expert panelist and presented at numerous industry events. Mohinder has also been recognized as an inclusive leader with strong skills in people management, resource planning and team building. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mohinder was a Senior Manager in Ernst and Young and before that a Project Manager at Bovis Lend Lease responsible for managing various capital builds across sectors and geographies.

Rob Schrack brings 30 years of experience in general contracting, construction management, program management, and project management technologies. In his time in the industry, Rob has worked with Federal, State and Local Government agencies to help them select, procure and implement solutions to manage capital portfolios. As a Strategic Account Executive with Kahua, he not only serves his customers in his sales role, but performs an integral part in shaping Kahua’s functionality to meet the requirements of government agencies.

Sara Giddens is the Industry Director for Government and Commercial construction solutions at Kahua. She is a seasoned marketing and business strategy professional with over 10 years of experience in software and SaaS environments. Over the course of her career, she has worked alongside many of the world’s largest EPCs and Owner-Operator firms to understand their specific challenges and guide them to product value realization. She holds an MBA from the University of North Alabama and an undergraduate degree in business management from Athens State University.
